Women of Aston Martin

Celebrating Female Voices Across Aston Martin Lagonda

Aston Martin wanted to highlight the people shaping its culture.

White Video was commissioned to produce a series of interview-led films celebrating the stories of women working across the business, from engineering and production through to leadership roles.

The aim was to create content that felt authentic and personal, while supporting both internal engagement and employer brand messaging.

The Brief.

Aston Martin required a series of films that would showcase female employees across a range of roles within the organisation.

The content needed to feel genuine and unscripted, allowing contributors to speak openly about their experiences, career paths and impact within the business.

Alongside internal engagement, the films were also intended to support recruitment and challenge perceptions of the automotive industry.

Our Approach.

The project was built around real conversations rather than scripted messaging.

Each participant was interviewed in a relaxed environment, encouraging natural and honest responses. This allowed the films to feel authentic and ensured each story reflected the individual experience of the contributor.

By focusing on people rather than messaging, the series highlighted the breadth of roles within Aston Martin while reinforcing a culture built around expertise, contribution and diversity.

Production.

Filming took place at Aston Martin Lagonda, using a multi-camera interview setup with controlled lighting to create a consistent and high-quality visual standard.

The setup was designed to balance professionalism with comfort, allowing contributors to speak naturally while maintaining a premium finish.

Supporting b-roll footage was captured throughout the environment to add context and connect each story to the wider business.

In post-production, interviews were shaped into a series of individual films, each maintaining a consistent style while focusing on the perspective of each contributor.

The Result.

The final series provides Aston Martin with a powerful set of employee-led films that support both internal engagement and recruitment.

By sharing authentic stories from across the organisation, the content helps reinforce company culture while demonstrating the diversity of roles within the business.

Hosted on Aston Martin’s AM:TV platform, the films continue to support communication, engagement and employer brand positioning.

The project demonstrates how internal communications video production can be used to communicate culture through real voices and lived experience.
