Wren Kitchens

Turning a Live Event into Engaging Internal Content

Internal events are often designed to celebrate success, recognise performance and bring teams together.

For Wren Kitchens, their annual conference and Golden Egg Awards delivered exactly that — combining business updates with recognition and celebration across the organisation.

White Event Production delivered the full event experience, with White Video capturing the content and transforming it into a highlight film — extending the energy and messaging beyond the live event.

The Brief.

Wren Kitchens required a large-scale internal event that would engage employees, communicate key business updates and celebrate achievements across the organisation.

The conference and Golden Egg Awards brought teams together for a full-day experience, culminating in an awards ceremony recognising top performers across the business.

While the live event was central, there was also a need to capture the experience and create content that could be shared internally — reinforcing the messaging and celebrating the event beyond those in attendance.

Our Approach.

With White Event Production responsible for delivering the full conference and awards experience, video was planned as part of the wider event strategy.

Rather than simply filming the event, the focus was on capturing moments that would translate into an engaging highlight film — balancing business messaging with the atmosphere and celebration of the awards.

Key moments were identified in advance, including presentations, audience reactions and award wins, ensuring the final content would reflect both the purpose and energy of the event.

Production.

Filming took place throughout the conference and awards ceremony, capturing content across multiple stages of the event.

Working within a live environment, the production needed to remain agile — capturing key moments as they happened without interrupting the flow of the experience.

Coverage included:
• conference presentations and leadership messaging
• audience interaction and engagement
• awards moments and celebrations

In post-production, the footage was shaped into a highlight video that combined key messages with high-energy moments from the event.

The Result.

The final highlight film allowed Wren Kitchens to extend the impact of the conference and Golden Egg Awards beyond the live event.

By transforming the event into engaging internal content, the video helped reinforce messaging, celebrate success and maintain engagement across the wider organisation.

The project demonstrates how internal event video production can capture both the purpose and energy of an event — turning a single moment into content that continues to deliver value long after it has finished.
