The Brief.
Aston Martin required a consistent and engaging way to communicate strategic updates, business direction and leadership messaging to employees across the organisation.
Town halls were used as a key communication format, bringing together leadership and employees in both live and recorded environments.
The content needed to feel professional and considered, while still maintaining a natural and accessible tone that would engage employees at all levels of the business.
In addition, the videos needed to be delivered in a way that allowed employees to access content easily after each session.
Our Approach.
Rather than treating each town hall as a one-off production, the focus was on creating a repeatable and reliable video format.
Filming was designed to adapt to different environments across Aston Martin’s Gaydon facility, allowing leadership messages to be delivered in a variety of settings while maintaining a consistent visual quality.
By combining structured filming with a flexible setup, each session could be captured efficiently while ensuring the content remained engaging and aligned with the brand.
The approach ensured that each video contributed to a wider communication strategy, rather than existing as standalone content.
Production.
Filming takes place regularly across Aston Martin’s Gaydon headquarters, capturing town hall sessions featuring senior leadership and employees.
A flexible multi-camera setup is used to ensure coverage remains dynamic while allowing conversations to flow naturally.
Locations vary across the site, requiring a production approach that can adapt quickly while maintaining a consistent visual standard.
In post-production, the content is refined into clear and structured videos, ensuring messaging is easy to follow and suitable for internal distribution.
The Result.
The finished town hall videos provide Aston Martin with a consistent and effective way to communicate strategy across the organisation.
All content is hosted on AM:TV — a central internal platform created by White Event Production — allowing employees to access leadership messaging, updates and discussions in one place.
By combining regular video production with a dedicated internal platform, Aston Martin has created a scalable communication system that supports alignment, engagement and clarity across the business.
The project demonstrates how ongoing internal communications video production can help organisations move beyond one-off messages and create a structured, long-term communication approach.
